Faulty Goods can be returned to us within 14 days of payment for a replacement. Returns will not be accepted without an authorisation number and fault description. Failure to do so will result in the request being rejected. "Faulty" will not be accepted. Only genuine manufacturing faults will be accepted, Products that are returned due to customer abuse will be rejected.
The Return must be returned within 7 days from the date of issue of the authorisation number, otherwise the number will be void and the product will not be accepted.
Damage on arrival (DOA): All claims for damage on arrival must be within 3 working days of receiving the product. Please do not accept or sign for any products that are clearly damaged on inspection.
All our goods are supplied with a 12 months manufacturers warranty which will be void unless returned in its original packaging and state.
Returned goods will only be credited if they cannot be repaired or replaced by a similar product.
All products will be inspected for shortages; these will be noted and deducted in the case of a credit.
All products will be inspected for damage, in the case of a credit; no credit will be given for damaged goods caused by customer abuse.
Buyer is responsible for all postage, handling and insurance costs related to returning the item.
"No Fault Found" goods will be held for 14 days awaiting your collection, or a 20% re-stocking charge will apply.
We take no responsibility for the installed software and no responsibility on how to install specific updates. Updating the firmware on these tablets is at your own risk, we are a retailer, therefore, we are not liable for any damaged caused by updating if installed incorrectly. We sell our products straight from the manufacturer with pre installed apps . If a particular application is not working you have to contact the vendor of application.
